Position Summary:

  • Utilizes databases and reference materials to conduct literature searches and research support. Provides administrative support for digital library services while proactively working to resolve all questions and concerns to meet and/or exceed the needs of the customer. Embodies the Memorial Health System Performance Excellence Standards of Safety, Courtesy, Quality, and Efficiency that support our mission, vision and values.

Minimum Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Healthcare Administration or related field required.


  • Two years’ experience required in research, information sourcing, data collection, or analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to utilize databases to conduct searches.
  • Demonstrated dedication to a positive attitude and strong customer service support.
  • Outstanding human relations skills and proven ability to work with a broad range of people in diverse settings.

  • Demonstrated outstanding written and verbal skills. Excellent language, grammar, and composition skills.
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills; motivation skills, demonstrate initiative and ability to self-direct.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technology, software, computer systems/applications.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with computer/technical skills with reporting and presentation tools utilizing Microsoft Office applications.
