Utilizes databases and reference materials to conduct literature searches and research support. Provides administrative support for digital library services while proactively working to resolve all questions and concerns to meet and/or exceed the needs of the customer. Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or Healthcare Administration or related field required.
Two years’ experience required in research, information sourcing, data collection, or analysis.
Demonstrated ability to utilize databases to conduct searches.
