Hands-On Healthcare

Want to learn more than books can teach you about a career in healthcare? Find out what it’s really like in an interactive setting and gain invaluable experience with experienced professionals through Memorial’s unique Hands-On Healthcare Program.

This initiative is open to high school and college students, community members, and Memorial colleagues with an interest in healthcare careers. Conducted in partnership with Southern Illinois University Medical School, each monthly session takes you through a series of guided stations where you’ll gain an understanding of a specific field’s responsibilities as well as the training and education you’ll need to pursue it.
